Brooklin Chiropractor | First Visit

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Welcome to Connect to Life with Chiropractic

When you arrive you’ll be welcomed by name and perhaps meet Tucker, our office greeter. Tucker is a small, hypo-allergenic, very gentle and quiet Bijon/Yorkie, but if you’d prefer not to meet him, he’ll be happy to take a break while you’re here. The office is not carpeted or highly upholstered, so even our most sensitive people haven’t had a challenge with the environment once Tucker has stepped out.

Paperwork

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, allow 5 -10 minutes to do so, then we will show you a short 8-minute video before your private consultation with Dr. Katharine du Quesnay.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination including computerized thermal scans and surface EMG will help identify the cause of your problem. The consultation and assessment will generally require an hour of your time.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

On your Second Visit we will review all of the exam findings from todays initial visit.

Dr. Katharine Asks some important questions of interest to Brooklin residents - Chiropractor Brooklin Dr. Katharine Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our Brooklin chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
