Your Second Visit

On your report visit, we explain what we found and outline our plan to help you.

On your report visit, we explain what we found and outline our plan to help you.

Now that we’ve been able to study your health history and correlate that with your examination findings, scans and possibly X-rays, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings.

Report of Findings

This usually occurs on your second visit, which may be later the same day or shortly after the day of your initial assessment. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit, allowing us to get you seen here as soon as possible to get things underway
  • Gives us the time needed to properly assess, reflect on and correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information. (It’s a lot all at once!)
  • All of which enhances your success. And that’s the bottom line!

There may be circumstances that require exceptions… after all, you are unique. Everything possible will be done to provide the most effective care and best outcomes possible.
